Dr. Karockas Watkins
CEO/ President
Dr. Karockas Watkins, "Doc Rock," is President and CEO of Ability Plus Inc. He holds a doctorate in Philosophy and Theology and a Master's in Theology from the North Carolina College of Theology. Dr. Watkins also holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a Graduate Certificate in Business Excellence from Vanderbilt University. He has served in Leadership Positions with General Motors and IBM for over ten years. Dr. Watkins is a keynote speaker and has facilitated leadership training in over 20 countries worldwide. He has also served in the executive leadership capacity with the International Covenant Ministry and Emmanuel Church for over 20 years.
Dr. Audra Watkins

Dr. Audra Watkins has been in professional leadership experience for over thirty years. Audra's educational background consists of attending the University of Alabama obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice as well as a Master's in Biblical studies. She also holds a Doctorate in Theology and a Master of Business Administration. She has worked in various environments, including the mortgage/banking industry, nonprofit organizations, and the public school system.
Mike Brazier

Mike Brazier has thirty years of professional business experience, focusing on leadership, sales, development, and operations. He’s received national awards for sales achievement and regional achievement accommodations. Mike has been a successful business owner and business executive in multiple industries. He’s consulted with multiple organizations ranging from corporate, manufacturing, retail, service-related, and non-profits.
Marcy J. Watkins
Consultant
Marcy J. Watkins is the CEO and co-founder of Solutions 4 Success, LLC. She specializes in young professionals, marriage and family therapy.
Marcy’s educational background consists of attending the University of Alabama and Athens State University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Behavior Science; as well as a double Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology and General Studies (Psychology) from the University of West Alabama. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor and PhD student at Walden University, majoring in Developmental Psychology concentrating in Children and Adolescents.
